"The Steams," one of the most important bands in the rising Greek psychedelic rock scene, performed on Monday, May 20, at Kadıköy Sahne alongside local groups Voyvo and Marina Poison & Strychnines.
Influenced by 70s progressive psychedelic rock, The Steams borrowed the best elements of that era while crafting their own distinctive sound universe that is both classic and modern. Their compositions featured remarkably high-quality, associative soundscapes combining sweet minor melodies, heavy stoner riffs, and dynamic drum rhythms. The band blended Eastern influences with California’s psychedelic vibes, offering a kaleidoscopic and immersive listening experience.
