Byzantion Fest returned for its 11th year, bringing 45 different music groups together over 7 days across 2 unique venues. The festival officially opened on Saturday, June 15, at Burgazada’s Cennet Bahçesi with the photography exhibition "Rhythms in the Frame". The event also featured design and zine booths, ceramic and tattoo workshops, and various other activities.
Just before the festival, on Saturday, May 11, the Pre-Party took place at Rene Lokal in İzmir. The event featured performances by İzmir-based groups Moko, Ruff Crux, Spray, and Düz Mantık, as well as Robin from Istanbul. Additionally, Postalt Collective, an alternative art collective founded in İzmir in 2024 to support independent artists, organized a design market that brought together numerous local creators and producers.
